This is very good for businesses and schools where it is not usually very convenient to have someone bring the printer to a service location for service. It's much quicker and nicer if we come to your printer. We will try to fix it on the spot, but some problems may require taking the printer back to our shop.
This coverage an also be purchased outside of our regular area for an additional charge.
